This frame was fabricated for a customer who on receipt of the frame, exchanged it for a larger size. It was only partly built (forks/seatpost/wheels) when the customer realised it was the incorrect size for them.

We are treating this as a brand new frame (complete with standard warranty), but are selling at a discount as there may be minor signs that it was built (but never rode of course).
