The Chilli Dog doesn’t care about your Strava time, your KOM dreams, or your chiropractor’s warnings. It’s here for violence, velocity, and very poor decision-making, executed with incredible style.

The Chilli Dog is our long-travel steel hardtail built for riders who think suspension is optional but sending it is not. Packing 29-inch wheels, 150–160mm travel, and enough juice to make your full-suspension mates question their life choices.

NOT FOR WEIGHT WEENIES...can't even sugar coat it, this dog is a THIC SAUSAGE. We designed the Chilli Dog with an oversized butted profile in the headtube and sea tube, adding additional support to the danger zones to ensure the frame lasts. Lycra boys look elsewhere.

So, we made it fat and left forgot ride quality? NOPE... Its all about tubing placement you see; we tuned the frame with narrow gauge tubing across the top tube and rear end, with tubing profiles that alter with size…. It’s tough as fuck, but somehow still supple in all the right places. It holds its line as is like a steel sledgehammer that gives great hugs....

The frames have short seat tubes with a very low standover, so sizing is very flexible and more centred around the length. We recommend the use of longer dropper posts and shorter stems (35-50mm) dependant on sizing. 

This is our GUIDE and how we would recommend the sizing. This is certainly not a definitive recommendation, so riders should choose to how they prefer their bike!

Are you on the lower end of a scale? Not a problem; thanks to the short seat tubes and lower standover this is not a problem.

Sizing up, or on the shorter end of the scale? shorter dropper post/35mm stem

Sizing down, or on the larger end of the scale? Longer dropper post/ 50mm stem.
