The Chilli Dog sits at the top pedistool of our line up, designed with the sole purpose to be the fastest land speed hardtail... Its peak performance.

Possibly a marketing spiel, probably true... WHO KNOWS?

The MK4: Harder, faster, stronger.... SMARTER.... Anyone can slap a bunch of tubes together and call it a bicycle, but its a deep embedded knowledge and careful design tested by real riders that gets you that - insert dog pun -  PURE BREED.

And now... the dog got POSH: Our Titanium version see's a new offering and ride feel to a familiar face.

Available in both 29inch (290) & 27.5inch (275) wheel specific, or custom geometry!

The only dog to have ever been sent into space? Proabably...

Moons back, Titanium was the go to for its use within the Aerospace, and is now a boutique material used by only the highest standards of products.

But why choose Titanium over steel? Well, there's no denying our Steel Chilli Dog is hard to beat, and whilst the Chilli Dog's ride feel is exceptional, even for a steel bike, there are some minor 'improvements' a Titanium frame offers.

  • Suppleness: The Titanium frame see's improved suppleness, taking a bit more chatter. The suppleness of course comes at the expense of the more direct/precise nature of our steel frames; this will all be down to personal preference of the rider. But yah know... Braking bumps right? F**k those guys...
  • Weather resistance: A huge plus to Titanium over the steel frame is the fact it is corrosion resistant. So, if you are lazy and just hate maintenance.... probably should be adding this one into your cart right now.
  • Longevity: As above really... thanks to Titanium being a resilient material, the frame will last you a lifetime, even if you never clean it.
  • Radness: Its Titanium.... basically makes you the biggest baller on the trail.
Is it stronger than steel? Well look, we are alright at chatting some shit sometimes, but lets be real.... Titanium is not necessarily 'stronger' than steel, thats just common misconception/marketing jargon. Both materials are seriously tough, but in their own ways. When you are deciding on which frame to chose, its not even one to bring into discussion.

Struggling with what reach to choose? Why not check out our sizing chart...

The frames have short seat tubes with a very low standover, so sizing is very flexible and more centred around the length. We recommend the use of longer dropper posts and shorter stems (35-50mm) dependant on sizing.

This is our GUIDE and how we would recommend the sizing. This is certainly not a definitive recommendation, so riders should choose to how they prefer their bike!

Are you on the lower end of a scale? Not a problem; thanks to the short seat tubes and lower standover this is not a problem.

Sizing up, or on the shorter end of the scale? shorter dropper post/35mm stem

Sizing down, or on the larger end of the scale? Longer dropper post/ 50mm stem.

    Seat post insertion depths

    Short, straight seat tubes allow for most 200mm droppers to be fully inserted. See max seat post insertions;

    Regular: 315mm

    Long: 330mm

    Uber Long: 345mm
