Introducing the Chilli Dog TITANIUM… the hardtail that’s hotter than your uncle’s questionable hot sauce collection and tougher than a $5 steak.

The Chilli Dog is forged from the finest Titanium, because steel is for dreamers and carbon is for people afraid of commitment. This bad boy is as indestructible as your love for sending it on sketchy lines and as sleek as your ego after nailing that impossible drop (after 15 tries, but who’s counting?).

This isn’t just a bike—it’s a statement. A statement that says, “I don’t need rear suspension, I need *more* speed and a bit of chaos.” Plus, it’s called the Chilli Dog for a reason—when you’re ripping down a mountain at breakneck speed, the only thing hotter than your burning quads will be the trail you leave behind.

So, if you’re ready to ride something that’s unapologetically brutal, built for masochists, and guaranteed to turn heads faster than you can turn your handlebars, hop on the Chilli Dog. Just don’t blame us if your friends start calling you a legend… or a lunatic.

Available in both 29inch (290) & 27.5inch (275) wheel specific, or custom geometry!

Its PROPER GOOD...

TI' IS FLY

Was the Chilli Dog the first dog ever launched into space? Probably not, but this bike frame is out of this world.

Back in the day, Titanium was all the rage in aerospace tech. Now, it’s a boutique material reserved for the cream of the crop. Our Titanium (Ti) Chilli Dog shares its DNA with our steel version, but we’ve fine-tuned the tubing to make sure it rides just as smooth, despite the difference in material density. We use top-shelf, Grade 9 3AL-2.5V seamless and ovalized tubing—because anything less would be a crime against radness.

But why should you choose Titanium over steel?

Look, we love our Steel Chilli Dog, and it’s hard to top. But the Ti version? That’s like adding a turbo to a sports car—here’s why:

Direct Feel: The Ti Chilli Dog handles like it’s had a double shot of espresso. It’s more direct and agile, giving you that “big ol’ spring in your step” feel, like the bike is almost too eager to hit the trail.

Weight: It’s over half a kilo lighter than its steel sibling. We’re talking featherweight champion status. Less weight = more airtime. You do the math.

Weather Resistance: Hate cleaning? Us too. Ti doesn’t rust. Leave it in a rainstorm, roll it through mud—it doesn’t care. Perfect for the “maintenance is optional” crowd.

Longevity: Built to outlast your riding career (or the apocalypse). Got a scratch? Buff it out with a Scotch-Brite pad and move on with your life. No need to baby this beast.

Radness: It’s Titanium. Owning one makes you the trail’s certified VIP. Period.

But is it stronger than steel?

Listen, we can chat all day, but we’re not here to sell you fairytales. Titanium isn’t “stronger” than steel—that’s just marketing BS. Both materials are tough as nails in their own ways. A steel frame is stronger at the welds, but the Ti tubing holds its own with thicker profiles. Bottom line: both are strong, but Ti brings the flex without the stress.

    Sizing

Struggling with what reach to choose? Why not check out our sizing chart...

The frames have short seat tubes with a very low standover, so sizing is very flexible and more centred around the length. We recommend the use of longer dropper posts and shorter stems (35-50mm) dependant on sizing.

This is our GUIDE and how we would recommend the sizing. This is certainly not a definitive recommendation, so riders should choose to how they prefer their bike!

Are you on the lower end of a scale? Not a problem; thanks to the short seat tubes and lower standover this is not a problem.

Sizing up, or on the shorter end of the scale? shorter dropper post/35mm stem

Sizing down, or on the larger end of the scale? Longer dropper post/ 50mm stem.

    Seat post insertion depths

    Short, straight seat tubes allow for most 200mm droppers to be fully inserted. See max seat post insertions;

    Regular: 315mm

    Long: 330mm

    Uber Long: 345mm
