Ah yes. Another category no one asked for but everyone suddenly needs: “downcountry.”

Is it XC? Is it trail? We don’t know. We just built a bike that rips.


Meet the Eastridge — our titanium ode to riding bikes properly. A fast, light, properly fun bike that makes normal trails feel incredible again, and makes you say “how fast can I carry speed through this for absolutely no reason?”

Built around a 29er platform with 110–130mm fork compatibility & sliding dropouts, the Eastridge doesn’t care what kind of rider you think you are this week; A tight, short travel XC zipper for big miles, adventures and lycra... (actually maybe forget that last part...) — or stick a 130mm fork on it, beef up the tyres, and suddenly you have the perfect trail bike, and you’re sessioning singletrack like it’s 2006 and YouTube still had stars.


This is our take on fun, which means it’s still got that Radical Bicycle Co DNA baked in — progressive where it counts, not where it ruins things. The old skool feeling with a modern twist.

The Eastridge is named after our local proving ground — the kind of place that’s seen everything from national XC races to full-blown downhill chaos. Tight, old-school singletrack. Fast, open descents. Big views and climbs that make you forget your legs are screaming. It’s also why the top tube carries twin peaks — a nod to Eastridge and the Stiperstones. Ride the loop and you’ll get it. Or you won’t. That’s on you.

No buzzwords. No pretending. No overbuilt nonsense; Just a titanium hardtail that reminds you that speed doesn’t come from travel — it comes from you.

 

TI IS FLY...

The Eastridge is manufactured using seamless Grade 9 3AL-2.5V seamless and ovalized tubing, with tubing profiles that alter with sizing.

Thanks to this, we are able to hone in on a ride that is responsive, whilst reducing the chatter from the trail.

 Direct Feel: Titanium handles like it’s had a double shot of espresso. It’s more direct and agile, giving you that “big ol’ spring in your step” feel.

 Weight: It’s over 1.5 kilos lighter than its steel counterparts. We’re talking featherweight champion status. Less weight = more airtime. You do the math.

 Weather Resistance: Hate cleaning? Us too. Ti doesn’t rust. Leave it in a rainstorm, roll it through mud—it doesn’t care. Perfect for the “maintenance is optional” crowd.

 Radness: It’s Titanium. Owning one makes you the trail’s certified VIP. Period.

The frames have short seat tubes with a very low standover, so sizing is very flexible and more centred around the length. We recommend the use of longer dropper posts and shorter stems (35-50mm) dependant on sizing. 

This is our GUIDE and how we would recommend the sizing. This is certainly not a definitive recommendation, so riders should choose to how they prefer their bike!

Are you on the lower end of a scale? Not a problem; thanks to the short seat tubes and lower standover this is not a problem.

Sizing up, or on the shorter end of the scale? shorter dropper post/35mm stem

Sizing down, or on the larger end of the scale? Longer dropper post/ 50mm stem.

 

Seat post insertion depths 

Short, straight seat tubes allows for long seat post insertion. See max seat post insertions;

Short: 260mm

Regular: 280mm

Long: 300mm

Uber Long: 320mm

As our frames are made to order, Radical Bicycle Co reserves the right to re-corporate any costs associate with cancelled orders, where manufacturing or coating has already taken place.

Thanks to our reduced lead times and stocking of material, there are no costs associated to loss of revenue on material. This means you will have adequate time and updates to cancel an order before incurring cancellation costs compared to other brands!
